Herpes :( i think *update*

I need advice. Around three months ago, my bf accused me of cheating and disappeared on me for at least 2 months. Out of nowhere. Refused to talk about it. I never cheated, never would, and was heartbroken. Anyway, we got back together and have been working on things. The other day, we had sex. We've been having sex for 9 years now. We've been exclusive for 3 years. The day after sex , I am having what I think is a herpes outbreak. It's obviously herpes. I know what it looks like. Im talking a full on cluster of blisters. Im a 30 year old woman and I know this is herpes. Besides obviously going to the doctor... How do I bring this up to him? I truly think that he made up me cheating to disappear while HE was having a herpes outbreak. It makes sense to me. So if I were to tell him that I have herpes, I would take all of the blame, and he would leave me, accusing me of cheating once again. By the way, I have been 100 percent faithful even during the separation. What do I do?

-thank you guys. The entire two months he left me , I just knew in my heart he was cheating. He lives on the same street my mother does, who I was always with and visiting. I always had to pass his house..he was literally always home and nobody was ever there. Thats why I got back with him, i thought maybe he wasn't cheating. He does have a "risqué" past..and he slept with multiple women over the years...but seemed to calm down when we got together. Either way... I still feel like maybe he was having an outbreak..accusing me of cheating...driving by my house to see if i was cheating but not wanting to see me...texting me he still loves me the entire separation... BUT would.not.see.me. i lt didn't make any sense. Our relationship has always been strong. I know I have herpes. I can't bring myself to tell him just yet. I know he will blame me... Who knows. i could have had this years ago and didnt know :(. I love him, i really do, but this would end things.
