Threatened MC ?

I just assumed I was having an early MC, but there have been no clots and it’s been on/off, not heavy to fill a pad every 2 hours, dark to light blood (tmi) and every test I take gets darker.

I took a digital test to see what that would say, and it was positive - 2-3 weeks indicator.

I’m so confused because it’s been a week? I guess it’s day 8 and the tests have been getting darker and show up ASAP, and I guess I just associated bleeding with MC.

Anyone with experience having a threatened MC? I just found out it’s a thing... does that sound like me? Could I still be pregnant?
