Help?

I’ve been struggling with something that I can’t seem to explain to anyone without sounding weird. Throughout the day I constantly think of certain numbers that either make me feel really good or really bad, and use those as a guideline for my actions. For example, I love the number 7, but hate the number 6, and because of that I hate the number 9 because it’s the same as 6 flipped over, and try to avoid 8 because x2 it’s 16, and so on. I often catch myself tapping things a certain number of times, taking a certain numbers of steps, and if I don’t I go back and try to fix it otherwise I feel awful. I find myself twitching my eye and raising my eyebrow a certain amount of times as well, which looks weird and is embarrassing. I want to talk to a professional about this but I’m scared they’re just gonna think I’m being weird and send me home.
