Need some advice

I am now expecting for the fourth time. I am struggling mentally and emotionally. I am feeling excited and absolutely love being pregnant. This pregnancy was not planned, my husband and I were just really in the mood and didn’t stop lol. He is ecstatic because he’s been begging for another child for two years now. Anyway, two of my sisters struggle with infertility and I am fighting with myself internally. Every time I have good news, whatever it may be they always reply with eye rolls and asking if I’m pregnant. I can see how discouraging this can be to them and their journey. I just need some advice on how to go on about giving news about my pregnancy. I am thinking of just hiding it until there’s no choice but to say something. I just really don’t want to hurt any feelings. I am blessed with this news I just want them to be happy as well. Has anyone else been in this situation?
