When should I take my belly piercing out?

Hi Mamas, when did you take your belly piercing out? And did you keep it out or put a rubber/plastic one in?

I didn’t and massively regretted it, now have scarring where it grew out to the point a thread of skin was holding it in. I’ve known people use the plastic ones successfully.

I didn’t take mine out with my first pregnancy until about half way through my pregnancy. I didn’t put a rubber one in and it nearly closed up, so this time I’m getting a rubber one! If you plan on keeping the piercing afterwards I say get a rubber one & if you don’t care to have it after then just leave it out🙂
