Ighttt so me and my BD have been split up for almost a year. We went to court so now we have 50 50. So our kid is on my medical insurance and im liable for all that. We have a court parent plan were supposed to follow. He took her to the hospital for a slight diaper rash and had the police called on me for child abuse. Police show up and had to ask me where the kid was. Like what?? Shes with him until sunday??? And also he apparantly wont answer anyone. So yeah now DCS is gonna come to my house. Hes had the police come to my work in the past bc I apparantly took off with her out of state and he couldnt reach me. Another time. He had a family member harrass an old coworker at a bar to get my personal info. And now hes trying to get her taken from me. Im so tired of this. Like its all so much damn drama. Idk if I even get to see her now or not. Like idk whats gonna happen or even what to do. But I feel like its harrassment. Dont wanna sound stupid though. Like wtf do I even do.

UPDATE:

DCS came by and said the report was sexual abuse by my fiance and neglect by me. They checked out the house and asked questions. Got a call saying case is closed. So now I have to go back to family court with an attorney just to stop the harrassment and change everything. Also overheard his family saying they're not gonna stop until they can take my daughter away from me bc that's their baby, I don't deserve her. JUST bc I broke it off with the BD.
