I broke up with him.

Of course there’s good and bad. We’re both fucked up and gone through a lot of trama, we just handle it differently. I definitely didn’t handle breaking up with him in the right way. I know I really hurt him. We were together for 3 years, I was severely attached.

Did I do the right thing?

He was an asshole and he was aware of it. He wanted to try and fix things with me and was putting in the effort to —something he doesn’t do. He cried and begged — something he never does.

For so long I wanted us to work but we just weren’t compatible.

I wasn’t an angel either but all of his friends and family said I was good for him and he acted like a better person because of me.

My friends hated him and my parents didn’t get to know him well.

I’m just so conflicted on whether or not this was really the right choice.
