How often do you give satisfy your pregnancy craving?

I’m just craving a lot of sweet treats and I’m trying to eat as healthy as possible but it’s so hard. Right now I’m craving a damn cookie cake??? Like why???

If it’s in the house, I’m likely to cave.. otherwise, I have little motivation to go out and get something.

I make alternatives. So I have yogurt raisins when I want sweet instead of something like cookies. And I make "ice cream" from bananas and peanut butter so that it's nothing but good stuff in it.

Honestly probably all the time BUT in super small portions. I’ll take a couple bites of the ice cream sandwich I wanted and give the rest to my husband or I keep a chocolate and sea salt bar at work, but I only eat one square and a bar lasts a week or more. 
Spicy food is the exception here. I will go to town on a bag of Hot Cheetos knowing damn well I’m going to have to pop Tums and hope for the best. 😓

Unfortunately all the time. This has lead me to gain 40 lbs so far and I'm 27 weeks.

I have been craving sweets lately too and try to limit myself to one sweet treat every other day, or once a day if I’ve eaten really healthy that day!
