Child tantrums

Hello. I am a single mother to my beautiful 4 year old daughter. My daughter has a crying issue. When we go outside to play and I tell her to come in she would cry and scream. Sometimes she would cry for a while and sometimes she would stop. Today, she had the only tantrum and Ive tried everything to stop it and nothing worked. I had a mental breakdown because I just dont know what more I can do. She was crying, screaming, kicking her legs, and not listening to me. What can I do so that she can start listening? Im at my breaking point😢. She makes me feel like Im a bad mother.
