Activity during early pregnancy?

I have a peloton and have been riding pretty much 6 days/week, as well as strength training 2-3x per week. Luckily I’m a teacher and am not working right now so I am going to try to stay active. I think my summer off is the only reason I can keep working out since I’m so fatigued! What are you ladies doing?

I took this photo before my ride today... I think my uterus is starting to pop out a little bit! This is baby #2 and pregnancy #4 for me so I think my body is like “ok time to expand!”
