Boyfriend not feeling special!

Girls! I need help! My boyfriend who I’ve been with for 6 years off & on (mostly on) is saying he does not feel special to me. I am not one to show it in a words way, I’m more of a person that shows it in a “have you eaten today” type of way. I want to change this! I have a hard time trying to think of ways to make him feel special. I work 3 jobs & I want to make time for him & I want to make him feel special but with working so much I feel like I don’t give him the attention he needs & that isn’t fair to him & I want to change that! Does anyone have any suggestions?? Thank you all!
