Allocated bills vs regular
Totally not a baby question but I need help! I’ve never rented a apartment myself. I’m in Texas area. Almost all apartments I see have “allocated” bills. What are yalls experiences with allocated bills? In your opinion is it better/cheaper then separate billing with companies?
