Facial hair ??? 😭

So I've noticed within the past 2 years that I've been growing some facial hair but before it was only peach fuzz so I didn't mind it. But lately I've noticed that it is becoming darker and it is noticable I have never tweezed or plucked any because my mom says it will make it worse. She has facial hair now but she also has had her ovaries removed and stopped her period and is 50 . I'm only 21 and I've never been on birth control and my period comes every month like normal and don't really eat meat. Has anyone else experienced this? And found a solution .
