Telling the parents!

So I’m 19. My mom has received a call from a clinic asking about me. Why they called her when I’m over 18... not sure. I wasn’t ready to tell my parents but I did not have a choice, because she would eventually find out. My mom texted me and said “u pregnant” I ignored her. Than she says “it’s okay, just tell me” so I sent her this long paragraph telling her “I’m scared and I’m sorry I’m putting them through this when they talked so highly of me.” On and on. My mother has not texted me back. Is this a natural reaction, or should I say anything? I’m embarrassed and I live in the same apartment building as them, so I have to face them when I leave for work. I just feel humiliated.
