Is my belly piercing infected??

I got it pierced in October and it was fine for MONTHS. Its been 8months and some puss still comes out and if I mess with it (too much) then it bleeds for like 2 seconds

Anyways I think its infected cuz...... cum 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I think I got cum in my piercing and it got infected cuz all of a sudden once I started doing it again, I got a bump and then it was a scab. (I was LDR so I wasnt doing it lol)

Should I take it out and clean it? Its been 8months so would it close?
