At a loss feeling 😞

I was texting a family member and she said somethings. This is are conversation I suffered a miscarriage a year ago and I am tell the complete truth I didnt want to make it seem like I was pushing away because of there family because in my head thats not why at all and now looking at it I am like maybe thats a little bit of the reason but its also because of all the comments she has said to me throughout the last year. I am at a lost for words and idk what to do. I thought i was past this but I guess I'm not im struggling i need support please.
