Hip pain help?

What do you do for hip pain? Specifically in the back of my hip bone if that makes sense. I'm currently 23 weeks and I legit couldn't walk today

These are some stretches I've been doing and I find they help my hips and  low back a lot.

Prenatal yoga can help a ton with that.

I started with hip pain early this pregnancy. Keeping my workouts consistent helps keep that pain under control, but at night it’s not 100% gone. Definitely better though. Hopefully that will help, I wish you luck. I know how uncomfortable it is.

I get it really bad at night and luckily that's it so far. But I've been seeing a chiropractor and it really helps!
