Sore Breasts *UPDATED*

I just had a quick question for all you pregnant ladies. I've been experiencing off and on sore sensitive breasts for the last 3 weeks now(among other symptoms) but today its extremely painful. I've taken some pregnancy tests but they came back negative.

My question is how soon did you start feeling pain in the breasts?

UPDATE:

20 cycle 5 day period

Last period was june 13

Excepted period July 2

With my first child it wasn't until I was 3 months along that blood work could indicate I was pregnant.( wound up in the hospital from dehydration and that's when it was finally detected)

My second child I had help from fertility medication to get pregnant.
