Shoulder Aches
Are upper body, shoulder aches common/normal?
It’s not really painful just sort of just feels like my shoulders are being squeezed are tight and at times my forearms hurt too. It can cause the base of my neck to feel tight as well.
I’ll be 16 weeks on Wednesday.
