Shooting pain in my vagina 🤧 FTM

I’m currently 38+5 and at my last appointment 2 days ago I was 1cm 50% effaced and have been loosing my plug for about a week and half now and having contractions for about 2 weeks now and now I’m having constant sharp pains in my vagina, assuming on my cervix and it really hurts. Ive felt it before, but not for this long. It’s been happening on and off for a few hours now and it feels like my little guys gonna come right out 😂 my dr said he was positioned at a -2? Not exactly sure full what that means either, but she said he’s settled in my pelvis. What could this be? Is it just him pushing on my cervix being super low? Or is this like a labor pains? Has/is anyone else experiencing this? 😭
