Should I worry? Please comment

I’m 13 weeks and I’ve been experiencing a very sharp pain in my lower abdomen like a little above my vagina it’s happens very quick and goes away and happens again a few minutes later sometimes a few seconds later is this normal? It’s not very consistent but the pain is very sharp I’ve miscarried before So this time around I’m very nervous I have an at home Doppler and checked my baby’s heartbeat last night jus for reassurance but I’m trying not to use it every day because idk what using it everyday can do to the baby
