Could I or pregnant ? What’s going on

Ok so I’m on cycle day 43 (43 since the first day of my last period) and no period still....I took an old test from like Dec 2018 on day 40 and had a slight slight line but I didn’t trust it. I took a brand new one day 41 and it was negative. On day 41-42 I had very very light spotting once when I wiped after using the bathroom and now day 43 I had nothing. I have been on a no sugar/ high protein diet for 2 weeks but I don’t think that souls have an effect. What do you all think!!!
