Pre menapause

Is there a chance to hit pre menopause at age 26 I’m going on the 3rd week heavy heavy bleeding I had surgery back in May and reached out to my doctor about the light flow on the day of my expected period they said oh it’s normal with the surgery , well I don’t think this is normal now my mood has been horrible the littlest things piss me off like horrible I’m constantly moody and I can’t sleep much always hot or cold 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I wish I could figure out what is going on with my body 😭😭😭😭I just want answers
