Is this normal

I am on the depo. I bled for 10 days and then had 4 days off and then i have started bleeding again. This time really heavy and extremely painful.

This is the first time I have seen so many blood clots like this. Can anyone tell me is this normal or should I be concerned.

My depo runs out on the 15th.

This pad is over night. But I am filling a pad every 2-2½ hrs

Should add this pad is bodyform goodnight heavy flow extra large pad
