Uti Test?

I have been having typical UTI symptoms the last 5 days (i’ve been busy and haven’t been able to go to the doctors but am going to an urgent care tomorrow) Symptoms are as follows; Frequent urination, Slight uncomfortable feeling when peeing (not really a burning sensation, just like i have to pee still but nothing is coming out), peeing only just a little bit most time I go to the bathroom, pelvic pressure, feeling like I have to pee even after I JUST went, and lower back pain. I took an at home UTI test twice, 4 hours apart and both strips came back Strong Positive for Leukocytes but negative for Nitrites. I’m worried this isn’t a UTI and something else. Has anyone else experienced this and their actual doctor results turn out positive for UTI? (I have a long term boyfriend of almost 2 years and don’t have any other sexual partners but also haven’t been tested for STIs in 2 years)
