Zero sex drive

So, my daughter is 4 months old and I havent had sex yet. I need to "get back in the saddle" so to speak but it's so unappealing. I'm so heavy, I'm leaking milk still, my c section scar is still expelling stitches and looks gross in one area and I'm just tired from Covid anxiety and parenting a baby and a toddler. Am I the only one? My poor husband 😕 just not sure how to make it happen. Advice from anyone else who may have struggled?
