Porn hub is actually one of the top integrity sites out there. Why are you alleging that they propagate rape and child porn? That's a serious accusation and has ZERO basis in reality.
Porn hub employs an entire team of people whose job it is to work soley with law enforcement. They are 100% compliant in terms of handing over user credentials and will root users for law enforcement. Their IT department unencrypts VPINs and addresses and hands over all data without law enforcement needing to procure a warrant first.
Porn hub also employs a team of people to combat revenge porn. If a person comes forward and alleges they are featured in a video without consent Porn hub will IMMEDIATLEY take down the video and work with law enforcement to find the person who posted. They take a very strong stance against that. 
Fun fact...porn hub has actually saved a human life. In 2018 a 15 year old girl was abducted and vanished without a trace. She was taken by a man named Christopher Johnson. He held her captive and raped her repeatedly, forcing her to participate in videos he then uploaded onto porn hub. Christopher Johnson went to a Florida convenience store while keeping the girl in the car with an accomplice, face shrouded. The clerk...who liked to peruse porn hub in his private moments, recognized the offender from the videos he had seen. He looked out the window and saw a young girl in the car being held and shrouded. He took the license plate number down and called police.
The police went to porn hub and they purged all the information and gave it to them willingly and without need for a warrant. They found the girl, at this guys house tied up. He later admitted that it was his plan to kill her when he was "done with her". 
You can argue what you want....but without porn hub that little girl would be dead. 
You may want to, in the future, do some actual investigating into things before you take a stand...you know, more than just the first page of google?
