Is something wrong with me?

Hello everyone,

since last year I’ve been experiencing contraction like cramps when a period should come. I am on the nexplanon implant so for myself irregular periods to no periods are normal but not the horrible cramping with no period. Also, acne! I never had an issue with acne as a teenager. And now my face and chin are covered in painful acne. Another thing is abnormal hair growth, my upper lip, chin, and tummy have started growing dark, course hair. I’ve talked to my PCP and they have kinda brushed it off. I’ve recently been doing research and am going to call my OB tomorrow. What I am asking is has anyone had this experience before? I’m honestly scared of doctors, which is why I’ve held off so long; hoping it would all go away by itself. Sadly it has not.
