Could I possibly be pregnant ?

I have been cramping since my last period ( June 17-19) and I am in really bad pain. I am also nauseous and craving som crazy food.

I have an almost 1 year old, and I’m kind of scared because my SO said that the doctor that delivered our daughter pulled him aside and said that it wouldn’t be wise to get pregnant for another 3 years. And also mentioned if i did get pregnant it would wise to have an “abortion” because I could die.

The doctor never told me anything.
