Colleague saying that Im sassy

He is saying it behind my back. He just sits around at work all day, does nothing. Looks at as when we lift heavy things, he asks if he can help when we are almost done. Last time, i was reading serious paper about my client - im a social worker, he comes ask if wifi is working. I wasnt responding so he asked 5-7 times!! With little nerves I responded that i dont know, im reading and dont want to be disturbed. He did not need wifi for work, he just wanted look up something. And he does things like that all the time.... he says same things all over 5 times, if i hear it once, im done, i dont want to hear it again, its not important for me to hear how he repaired microwave. Our boss doesnt care... what are your opinions?
