Help! How can I clean my daughters shoes?

They’re insanely dirty!!! I always keep her things in good condition but she went to my in-laws and this is how they came back...they didn’t even say anything about it 😒 they looked brand new when I sent her...so annoying! 
I was thinking of putting them in the wash, but I’m worried they’re going to get ruined...any ideas? I wanted to pass them down to her brother

I clean my shoes with a toothbrush, baking soda and a bit of vinegar to make it a paste. Also I wouldn’t be upset with you in laws. She’s a kid kids shoes get dirty.

I just put all of our shoes in a lingerie bag and in the washing machine with soap and Oxyclean. Kids are going to get filthy... it’s part of the job 🤷🏻‍♀️ Dont over stress. Next time send her with a pair of used sneakers or cheaper ones from Walmart or something.

Tooth brush and water and maybe a TINY bit of soap

Get a brush and some powdered detergent and wash them. A hard bristle toothbrush could work.

Easiest way is to toss them in the washing machine. Just put a bit of detergent in and a delicate cycle. That way the water isn’t too hot and it doesn’t spin too fast. You can also toss a towel in there with the shoes so they don’t make so much noise being tossed around. The heat of the dryer can mess them up though so once they’re washed open them up as much as you can and set them outside in the sunshine to dry.
