My phone fell on my baby really hard and left a bump on the side of his eyes. Would this hurt his vision and have a huge impact on his eyes?

I was breastfeeding my baby side lining* I was using my phone while my baby was breastfeeding and already have fallen asleep. I guess I didn’t hold my phone tight enough. But out of nowhere my son wakes up and swings his arms fast and my phone falls down and slams on his face really hard and he started crying like crazy. I think he wouldn’t stop for about 50 seconds. Even after trying to soothe him. He kept crying and is his turned red. After that he stopped crying and calmed down. I feel extremely awful and wish I never used my phone so close to him. Afte that happened, he kept blinking non stop back to back. But he stopped after he did for a while. I don’t want to mess up his vision and have him wear glasses because of my fault or even worse make him kind of blind
