I’m 18 weeks how many months is that?

I keep seeing so many conflicting answers some say 18 weeks is 4 months some say 18 weeks is the start of 5 months I’m confused 😐

All of the different ways of counting are goofy to me.   All I know is, there are typically 4 weeks in a month.  So for every 4 weeks, that’s another month.    I’m 20 weeks so that makes me right at 5 month.    That’s how I count and I’m sticking to it 🤣

A month is NOT 4 weeks. That would equal 28 days (no month other than February). A month is actually 4.36 weeks (4 weeks plus 2-3 days). So take your weeks and divide it by 4.36 and you have your months. You are 18 weeks, divided by 4.36 weeks in a month, which makes you 4.13 months. This means you have been pregnant for 4 months plus a little extra. Yes, you are IN your 5th month because those other 4 are already completed, but you are not 5 whole months yet so I would call yourself 4 months pregnant. You wouldn’t call yourself 35 just because its been a month past your 34th birthday would you?
