Tips on increasing sex drive?

So the whole pandemic thing has been pretty rough on my mental health, add in a teething toddler, needing to home school my older child, and my pill being changed, and I pretty much hit rock bottom. I have really struggled. Which in turn has affected my relationship. Which has made my mental health worse. Which means I've not wanted (or had the energy) to be intimate with my partner. But now I don't know how to make it better, and it's started to bother him enough that he's not sleeping well (not the lack of sex, though that is bothering him too, but the whole thing)

I want to feel good about myself, make him feel good about himself, and get things back to somewhat normal. Any advice?
