Numb hands?

I’ve at least experience one of my hands going numb while I sleep every night. I wake up like this everyday now it’s starting to scare me. Anyone experience this??

Lol I've been having this for 8 weeks now. It's horrible. Pregnancy carpal tunnel. Should go away once baby is born!!! 
Try wearing a splint to bed and elevate your hand🙃

I’ve had this too. I’ve also heard it’s very common but mostly in the 2nd trimester. Mine didn’t start until I was about 35 weeks. It’s the worst when I first wake up but then as the day goes by it gets a little better.

Same here I’m nearly 20 weeks and I notice a few weeks already I’ve been getting numb while I sleep. I even wake up cuz of it at night. Was getting scared myself.

Im 3 weeks pp and the numbness and tingling hasn’t stopped. I’ve read it goes away after birth but any idea how soon after?

I had this with both of my hands...my whole pregnancy.
Its disappeared one month after giving birth.

It could be pregnancy induced carpal tunnel. It's fairly common and usually goes away within a few weeks of giving birth. 
It could also just be the position you are sleeping in.
