My 3 year old is obsessed with her best friends hair at school. She has these beautiful braids with pink and purple beads at the end.

My 3 year old tells me everyday how she wants braids with purple beads, so she can match her best friend, because she has beautiful hair.

She’s also always telling everyone how beautiful her friends hair is.

I had a friend offer to give my daughter just 2-3 braids with beads.

I don’t want to be offensive to anyone and their culture.

Is it offensive if I let my daughter get 2-3 braids with beads?

My friend who offered to do it said it’s not, because she is 3 and simply doing it out of love, she loves her best friend and loves her hair and said she’d do it this weekend when she is redoing her braids.
