Fever after vaccination

So my daughter got her 1 year old vaccines on the 20th. Last night she started getting a mild fever 99.2°F and then just about 15 minutes ago I checked her temperature and it was 101.4°F. I gave her some Motrin, she hasn’t been acting really bothered by her temp I just noticed it when I was putting her down for bed.

Is it still possible for her to have a fever now since she got her Vaccines Monday?
