Late but just noticed-

So my Son is 11 months almost a year old and he doesntreally like us messing anything near his face and one time we were going to get a tongue tie clipped because the doctor said he saw one but another doctor who was going to do it didn’t see a big deal for it needing to be cut. I had asked about the top and he didn’t seem worried but lately I’ve noticed the top lip and it’s a pretty big and noticeable lip tie. Is it needed to be cut and is it worth it? Need opinions!
