Alright ladies! I need all your secrets to lose mommy belly! My stomach is NOT flat! My love handles are squishy 🤭 a few weeks ago i weighed 226. Naturally curvy. Always have been. I have 3 kids, youngest is 4 and the weight just did not fall off after my youngest. I've never committed to a healthier lifestyle because I never needed to. After my first two the weight melted off. And as you can imagine once covid hit and i was out of work trying to homeschool 2 out of 3 kids, i gained a few pounds 🥴

These last few weeks have been almost 0 pop and junk food (I'll sneak a bite of my kids chocolate chip cookie or have a few sips of soda 🙃 its so hard going cold turkey when all you have ever eaten was junk), I drink water constantly, and light workouts (mostly bike riding). I have back problems so getting on the floor sucks and causes my ribs to pop out of place. I rather be on my feet and moving. I need to tone! Youtube is my friend for workout videos!

I need inspiration (show me your transformation and how long it took you and what you did to lose weight and tone up)!!

Also, I haven't done squats in a very long time, since I broke my finger between some weights, but could definitely use some booty shaping workouts 😅
