Could I be pregnant?

Help! My period is now 10 days late and I am nauseous. I have taken several pregnancy tests that were all different brands. 3 brands all say negative but 1 brand has said positive both times I’ve taken it. I’m driving myself insane waiting until I start my period or start having more pregnancy symptoms. I have never had any other issues and have always had a regular consistent cycle. Has anyone else been in this situation?
