So confused!

I am currently breastfeeding baby girl (who is almost 1). I have been feeling wonky so I took a test, have no idea when my LMP was because I dont even think I've had a true one yet.

Immediate positives on 4 tests.

Dr sent me for a dating scan and they said they saw nothing at all so I'm either super early or not pregnant.

Sent me for labs so we will see what that says tomorrow.

Just took another test and the line is so dark that it stole almost ALL of the control dye. Lol could I just be super early like 3-4 weeks or is something wrong? I'm so so confused!
