2 year old not speaking

Which is a major indication of autism. I’m over course nervous about it. What are the signs or first signs.

Other signs is maybe running with things in his hands back and forth.

He also uses hair as a soothing technique.

He was taken out of daycare during the pandemic and I work full time so I’m hoping it’s that.

I will be discussing it and have him tested just Incase. He def showing signs but not with everything.
