Advice for homeschooling

I will be homeschooling my 5yo for kindergarten. I honestly don’t really know how to start or what to do. I have a 180-day workbook to do with her, as well as to plan an arts/craft activity with 30-minutes intervals. But I notice my daughter can’t stay focused with me as she is when she was at her former preschool (pre-Covid) we’d do a page out of the workbook, and she’d want to flip and do another. We’d do an activity then she’ll lose interest and want to do ALL of them. I know patience and consistency is key, so I will continue to try. Would appreciate to hear what you all are doing.
