Technically doing anything but eating as a response to hunger is an eating disorder. So if you choose not to eat because you think you’ll get fat or choose to eat and then throw it up or just take a couple bites or just eat lettuce. Your body gives you the feeling of hunger to put food in your body to function so anything your brain does other than making yourself food and eating until you’re full is on a scale of an eating disorder
