Toddler hitting.

My son is 2years old. He has had a few occasional issues with hitting but it’s gotten worse. I now have a 3 week old, and he’s acting out way more, both at home and at daycare, he’s started yelling, he’s hitting way way more frequently, and now he’s started saying fuck at daycare. Even going around telling people to fuck off. I really like this daycare and I’m starting to worry he’s gonna get kicked out. We’ve been trying to maintain his routine by taking him to daycare despite me being on maternity leave, at daycare he gets put in time out when he hits, or cusses, at home we try to do warning systems before escalating to time out. We’ve told him it’s not nice, we’ve told him it hurts. We will grab his hand or leg if he hits or kicks at us to stop him. I’m honestly at a loss as to what we can do. Please please help.
