childcare problems 🙄

This is my first day back to work since having my 4 month old i really didn’t want too leave him my mom she does questionable things with him. like at 4 i told her his medicine was in the bag he has GERD & once his heart burn sets in he’s screaming his head off she just now texting me at 8 about where his medicine is because he’s screaming ! she’ll seriously sit beside him & just let him cry while she’s just sits on her phone . i get 24/7 you won’t be able to stop at what you’re to figure his problem out but if your flat out just letting him cry ofc that’s gone piss me off ! then when i say something she rambles about how she’s raised 6 kids okay cool but i’m raising mine now & id like how i plan to parent to be respected. i’ve considered finding care outside of my mom but that would only more tension due to covid she doesn’t feel he needs to be exposed to unnecessary people but if she not gone do her job that may be the route i have too take
