Baby proofing house

My little one is just over a year old now and she’s just started butt scooting around the house which means we need to baby proof ASAP. Right now we have our flat screen tv propped up in a stand, the mount we originally had for it did not fit but it balanced okay that we just left it. Now that we have an almost toddler on our hands it’s time do make some

Changes so that she can’t pull anything down on herself. Does anyone have any suggestions? Should we get rid of the tv stand all together and mount the tv on the wall. Our stand it tall and quite heavy so would be devastating if it were to fall on her. It’s also in a corner so screwing it to the wall wouldn’t work.

Also any suggestions on hiding cords and power bars so that she cannot touch them?
