Having so much trouble losing weight

I have such a lack of motivation, and I just don’t know how to help it. I’m a sahm with 3 kids, my youngest being 1 and I just always feel so tired. I feel I eat out of boredom, and this is the hardest part to fix by far. If I leave my son’s side, he screams. So I can’t just use other distractions to keep my mind busy. I feel trapped to be honest, which ruins any motivation I try to have. I’m just not sure how to “kick start” this weight loss so I can feel better about myself. I literally cycle between 3 outfits because that’s all that fits me. What did you do to help start your weight loss journey?
