Pumping at night
Do you need to continue pumping at night while my baby sleeps through it?
Background: I've stopped night feeding my LO at like 3 months. She's now 5 months. But I'm still waking up at 3am to pump. Do I have to keep this up?? My milk has already stabilized a while ago. And I'm just TIRED of trying to put myself back to sleep and failing!
