4 months of waking up at night screaming?

Since she was 6 months old my daughter has been waking up upwards of 3+ times a night every single night and screams bloody murder and doesn't stop until she's picked up. I'll feed her and she still wakes up screaming so it's not that she's hungry and she's literally an arms length away from me but she refuses to calm down when I try soothing her. I can't lay her down without her waking up most of the time. I haven't had a full night's sleep in months because of this and I'm sure she's sick of it too but she refuses to be sleep trained. She absolutely cannot sooth herself to sleep again either. Once she's up she's up. I don't know what to do. She's a few days from being 10 months and I thought that her sleep regression would have been done by now.
